Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the building including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Supervise service providers, contractors, and in-house staff to ensure quality and timely work.
- Ensure all safety, fire, and compliance requirements are met.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and control operational budgets.
- Address tenant concerns, queries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain building standards and identify repair / maintenance needs.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.
- Support planning of upgrades, renovations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3–7 years) in property / building management, facilities, or hospitality.Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety).Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is an advantage.Skills Required
