About the Position

You will translate intricate concepts into platform-optimised visuals—IG carousels, reel

covers, motion snippets, pitch decks and complete brand kits. Working hand-in-glove

with an Editor and Production Assistant, you’ll set MATA’s visual language across every

touchpoint while harnessing AI tools to accelerate quality output.

Experience & Traits

Experience level :   1-3 years  via internships, freelance gigs, or a junior agency role—enthusiastic freshers welcome if the portfolio shines.

• Tool Stack :  confident in Illustrator or Photoshop; bonus points for Figma, Canva, After Effects or CapCut.
• Creative Eye :   Strong sense of typography, colour theory, compositions
• Trend-Savvy :  Stays up to date with design trends and applies them to our work
• Soft skills :  detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, able to juggle multiple briefs and hit deadlines. Effectively collaborates with team to deliver results
• Local edge :  Telugu and Hindi language skills and interest in current affairs help localise visuals faster.
• Growth mindset :   Clear willingness to learn AI-assisted design workflows
