Role Overview :

• We are seeking proactive, self-driven HR Business Partners with 5-10 years of comprehensive HR experience.
• The ideal candidate will excel in HR policy development, statutory compliance, grievance management, conflict management, onboarding, and people partnering.
• For all positions, proficiency in MS Excel & familiarity with working in G Suite is a mandate.
• Managing sales teams is a key aspect of the Bangalore position.
• Experience in payroll & benefits administration is an added advantage.
• Driving the overall HR functions by establishing an assertive presence in Sonipat campus locations is required.
• Each role demands a smart problem solver and quick learner who consistently delivers operational excellence & is self-driven.
• Experience of working in a start-up is a good to have.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications & Full-time MBA / MSW / Post-Graduation in Psychology from a recognized university.
