Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for specialized roles in Asset Data Services, Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Financial Reporting , and platforms such as InvestOne (Mutual Funds), Investran (PE Funds), and Geneva (Hedge Funds) . This role demands strong domain knowledge, strategic sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage large-scale recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment : Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for niche financial services roles.
- Domain-Specific Hiring : Build talent pipelines for roles in Asset Data Services, Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Financial Reporting , and technology platforms like InvestOne, Investran, Geneva .
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on SLAs.
- Sourcing Strategies : Utilize multiple channels – databases, referrals, job boards, and proactive headhunting – to attract top talent.
- Offer Management : Negotiate compensation, manage notice periods, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- MIS & Analytics : Maintain accurate recruitment data, publish weekly joining reports, and track recruitment metrics for leadership.
- Process Optimization : Implement best practices, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs.
- Market Intelligence : Analyze talent trends and competitor practices to influence hiring decisions.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Graduate with 9–12 years of experience in recruitment, including BFSI and niche financial services hiring.Strong knowledge of Asset Data Services, Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Financial Reporting , and related platforms.Proficiency in MIS reporting and tools like MS Office .Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
MBA in HR or related field.Exposure to recruitment analytics and advanced reporting tools.
