The role :

Junior Visual Designer

Firebrand Labs | Full-time | Chennai

CTC : ₹3 - 4 LPA (negotiable)

What you will do :

Design day-to-day creatives for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms

Assist in building brand identity systems and collaterals (pitch decks, brochures, merch, etc.)

Create infographics and visual content that catch attention

Support the design team on UI / UX projects for websites and products

Join brainstorms and contribute fresh, fun ideas

Collaborate closely with senior designers and copywriters

Learn the ropes of handling projects and grow your confidence with client-facing exposure

Your toolbox (must-haves) :

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Figma or Adobe XD (basics are great to start with)

Adobe InDesign (bonus if you’ve dabbled in it)

Extra brownie points for :

Motion design (After Effects)

3D / design mockups (Adobe Dimensions or similar)

Soft skills that go a long way :

Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Strong communication (know how to explain your work)

A collaborative spirit - team player first, designer always

Drive to grow into an independent designer (and beyond)
