Investment Banking Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Working closely with the clients to understand their requirements and develops strategies for customized financing
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit proposals
• Preparing financial model for new / existing business
• Preparing CMA, Project Reports, Assessments.
• Proficient in preparing pitchbooks.
• Preparation of Business plan and projection / cash flow on regular interval
• Preparing complex financial outlooks, financial forecast and recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance of business verticals.
• Conducting industry research, market sizing, competitors benchmarking, preparing detailed project reports (DPR) on green field investment projects
• Drafting Information Memorandum, Teasers etc.
• Supporting during Due Diligence process by prospective lenders
