What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions —data integration, transformation, ontology modeling, and workshop development.

Architect and implement scalable data pipelines, workflows, and validation frameworks .

Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into robust technical solutions.

Optimize Foundry models and workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability .

Provide technical leadership , mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.

Integrate Palantir Foundry with external systems (Snowflake, APIs, cloud platforms).

Troubleshoot complex data ingestion and transformation issues.

Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.

Document architecture decisions, processes, and solution workflows.

️ Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics

5+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry

Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data pipeline development

Experience with ontology modeling, workshops, Foundry APIs

Understanding of data governance, quality, and integration best practices

Familiarity with cloud platforms : Snowflake, AWS, Azure

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement

Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects
