Immediate Opening for UKG Pro WFM Technical Specialist

Experience : 7+ yrs

Work Location : Remote

Shift Timing : 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Job Description :

Strong technical background in UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Workforce Central.

Experience with system architecture, API integrations, and data modeling.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and hosting requirements.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Jira, Visio, and project management platforms.

Time & Attendance / Timekeeping systems implementation experience required (configurations, enhancements, system management)

UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping system experience preferred

UKG Workforce Central timekeeping system experience preferred

Preferred :

UKG Pro WFM certification.

Experience in global rollouts and multi-country compliance.

Knowledge of cloud security and workforce analytics.
