Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muktsar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and creating sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying potential markets, devising strategies to attract and retain customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting
• Effective customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to devise and execute sales strategies
• Experience in the baking or food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
