The Role
You'll own pipeline generation for our US and global markets, focusing on consumer brands that need AI-powered customer experience solutions. This isn't typical BDR work - you'll research strategic accounts, run discovery calls, and create qualified opportunities that fuel our entire sales motion.
You'll work directly with founders and Account Executives, building the pipeline that drives company growth. Your market insights will shape our product and go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
Generate and qualify pipeline
- Build pipeline through LinkedIn, cold email, events, and referrals targeting US and global consumer brands
- Focus on brands ($1M-$50M revenue) across retail, wellness, beauty, travel, healthcare, finance
- Research companies to understand their customer experience challenges across acquisition, support, and retention
- Qualify leads ruthlessly based on fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
Run discovery and handoff
Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover pain points and quantify impactArticulate how AI employees differ from chatbots and traditional toolsBook qualified demos with Account Executives and provide detailed opportunity contextNavigate initial conversations with multiple stakeholdersBuild market intelligence
Gather feedback that informs product development and positioningShare what's working in outreach and what buyer objections you're hearingProvide competitive intelligence and market trends to leadershipHelp refine sales playbook and messaging for global marketsMaintain pipeline discipline

Required :
1-2 years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, AI, or tech productsTrack record of hitting activity and pipeline generation goalsStrong communication skills - you can explain technical concepts simplyComfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and rejectionExperience with CRM tools and pipeline managementSelf-motivated and thrives in startup environmentsBachelor's degreeNice to have :
