Lead Engineer, Technology Quality Assurance

What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Lead the development and implementation of automation testing frameworks using WebDriverIO, Appium, and TypeScript.
• Automating UI and API interactions using tools such as Selenium / Playwright (preferred), Rest Assured (optional), and programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient test scripts for mobile applications to ensure high quality and performance.
• Mentor and lead a team of Mobile QA engineers, providing guidance on automation best practices and tools in mobile testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure understanding of testing goals and objectives.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency in automated tests and test framework development.
• Monitor and report on test execution results; analyze and communicate defects and failures to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the automation testing process for better efficiency and effectiveness.
