Platform Lead
Overview
We are an early-stage startup building an intelligent, agentic talent management SaaS platform that reimagines how organizations source, assess, and engage with talent through AI-driven autonomy and insight. As the Platform Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the product and engineering culture from the ground up. You will lead a distributed team across time zones, take ownership of the technical roadmap, and help turn our vision into a scalable, market-ready platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments — capable of driving product direction one moment and deep-diving into architecture or code the next.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of the AI-based agentic platform, ensuring it’s built for scalability, agility, and speed to market.
- Manage and mentor a distributed, cross-functional team of engineers, AI practitioners, and designers.
- Collaborate closely with founders on strategy, architecture, and product roadmap, balancing technical depth with business priorities.
- Define the foundation for our engineering culture, processes, and operational excellence.
- prototype rapidly, validate solutions, and iterate based on real user feedback and agentic system insights.
- Contribute directly to coding, integration, and deployment when needed;
balance leadership withhands-on technical execution.
