We are passionate about design, craftsmanship, and building a brand identity that resonates with today’s consumers.Role DescriptionThis is a paid, full-time, on-site internship with Magestic Creations Pvt Ltd, where the selected candidate will be working for our handbag brand Yuvastree, based in Mumbai. The internship provides exposure to both operations and brand-building. Key responsibilities include : Managing daily operations such as order processing, stock keeping, and deliveriesMonitoring product samples and assisting in product developmentConducting trend research to support design and marketing initiativesManaging sourcing of raw materials and coordinating with vendors (domestic and international)Coordinating with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth production timelinesSupporting social media, brand imaging, and content creation for campaigns and digital assetsAssisting in customer relations and ensuring high-quality serviceAdapting to a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and thinking on your feetQualificationsStrong organizational and operational management skillsInterest in fashion trends, product research, and brand developmentAbility to work with vendors, suppliers, and factories (domestic and international)Creativity and basic understanding of brand aesthetics, social media, and content creationFamiliarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantageExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite (especially Excel / Sheets)Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Management, Design, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fieldsCompensation & DurationType : Paid InternshipLocation : On-site, MumbaiDuration : 3–6 months (with possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience across sourcing, operations, branding, and customer relationsWork directly on building and scaling the handbag brand YuvastreeCollaborate closely with the founding team and contribute to meaningful projectsLearn the inner workings of a growing D2C fashion startupStrong possibility of a full-time role after successful internship completion
