Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our dynamic delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions in agile environments.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, client-centric projects and has a passion for clean code, modern architectures, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.

Implement client-side logic and state management using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.

Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant user interfaces.

Integrate third-party services and payment gateways (e.g., AURUS, Stripe, etc.) in FinTech and retail domains.

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; champion best practices in code reviews and CI / CD pipelines.

Contribute to architecture decisions, system scalability, and performance optimization.

Work in Agile / Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Support DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).

Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

Expert-level proficiency in React.js (v18+) and Node.js (v10+) .

Strong command of TypeScript , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3 .

Proven experience with RESTful APIs , microservices architecture , and state management (Redux, Context API) .

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , MongoDB , or CouchDB .

Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Docker , and Kubernetes .

Familiarity with cloud platforms : AWS or Azure .

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments with a focus on delivery velocity and quality.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team setup.
