Role Overview :

We're looking for an energetic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our in-office team. In this role, you will work closely with influencers and content creators to execute campaigns that build brand visibility and drive engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and connect with relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.

Handle negotiations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.

Collaborate with internal teams to align content with client expectations.

Track and analyze campaign results (reach, engagement, conversions).

Maintain relationships with creators and build a strong influencer network.

Stay updated with social media trends and emerging influencers.

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Understanding of social media platforms, influencer tools, and trends.

Passion for influencer culture, content creation, and digital media.

Must be comfortable working from office, Monday to Friday.
