Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our frontend team, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive frontend applications using React.js
Convert design mockups and wireframes into interactive user interfaces
Build reusable components and libraries for scalability and maintainability
Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability
Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, product managers, and backend developers
Implement modern state management tools like Redux, Context API, or similar
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior team members when required

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React.js

Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Solid understanding of component-based architecture and React lifecycles

Experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and version control systems (Git)

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

Proficiency in responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS)

Hands-on experience with React Hooks, React Router, and Form libraries (Formik / React Hook Form)

Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library

Preferred / Bonus Skills :

Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR)

Familiarity with TypeScript

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and frontend deployment practices

Basic understanding of backend technologies like Node.js or GraphQL

Working knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practices
