About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Admin Assistant

to support our client with consultant onboarding through the

Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) . The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Cisco, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end consultant onboarding process in Beeline VMS.

Coordinate with Cisco hiring managers, vendors, and consultants to gather required documentation.

Ensure compliance with Cisco’s onboarding policies and procedures.

Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records in Beeline.

Communicate effectively across stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues quickly.

Provide administrative support to HR and project teams as needed.

Troubleshoot and escalate Beeline VMS-related issues.

Requirements :

Prior experience with Cisco

nice to have.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to interact across all levels.

Hands-on experience using

Beeline VMS

(mandatory).

Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Previous experience in consultant / vendor onboarding preferred.
