Job Summary :
The Client Servicing Manager is the primary bridge between the agency and its clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, understanding brand objectives, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is not just a coordinator, but a strategic partner who contributes to client growth and supports agency expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client goals, brand identity, and marketing objectives to deliver effective communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital, and Production to deliver campaigns on time.
- Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, briefs, and reports.
- Track and monitor campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, campaign upgrades, and long-term partnerships.
- Proactively contribute ideas to help clients grow, positioning the agency as a strategic partner.
- Ensure timely approvals, smooth communication, and high client satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Client Management in an advertising or digital agency.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking and project management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of branding, advertising, and digital marketing trends.Growth mindset with a passion for helping brands and the agency scale.Key Skills :
