The college offers B.A. LL.B (5-Year) and LL.B (3-Year) degree programs designed to combine academic excellence with professional training and ethical legal practice.

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and qualified candidates for the role of Associate Professor (Law) who will contribute to teaching, research, and institutional development. The candidate must have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student engagement and mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria (As per BCI & UGC Norms)

Educational Qualification :

Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university is mandatory.

Experience :

Minimum 8 years of teaching and / or research experience in an academic institution or equivalent professional experience in a law firm or judiciary.

Publications :

At least 7 publications in UGC-care or peer-reviewed journals and evidence of ongoing research activity.

Other Requirements :

Must fulfill the minimum academic performance indicator (API) score as per UGC guidelines.

Eligibility shall be in accordance with the latest BCI Rules of Legal Education and UGC Regulations (2018 and amendments).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and tutorials across core and elective law subjects.

Guide student research, moot courts, and internships.

Contribute to curriculum development and academic policy formulation.

Engage in scholarly research, publications, and academic seminars.

Participate in accreditation, inspection, and compliance processes (BCI / HPU).

Foster professional ethics, discipline, and innovation among students.
