Sales Team Management :
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 sales engineers, ensuring high performance and alignment with sales targets
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer handling, and reporting practices
Sales Operations & Reporting :
Generate and maintain sales reports using Excel and CRM tools to track team performance, pipeline status, and lead conversionMonitor customer follow-ups, order closures, and ensure timely updates in the CRM systemClient & Channel Management :
Engage with customers for product presentations, relationship building, and requirement analysisManage and strengthen relationships with distribution partners such as Schneider, Havells, and other electrical brandsCoordinate with channel partners for lead generation, order execution, and service deliveryLead Generation & Business Development :
Identify and convert new business opportunities across the assigned territoryDrive sales initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and customer baseSkills Required
