Job descriptionConduct daily OPD consultations , delivering accurate diagnosis, empathetic counselling, and effective treatment plans. Perform and oversee all IVF-related clinical procedures including IUI, IVF, ICSI, oocyte retrieval, and embryo transfer. Design and monitor personalized treatment protocols ; track patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments. Participate in Peripheral OPDs and medical camps , extending services to a wider patient base and enhancing outreach. Provide thorough medical and emotional counselling , while ensuring patients are guided towards informed treatment decisions and continuity of care. Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping of patient histories, protocols, and progress. Support business objectives by contributing to the successful conversion of patient counselling into treatment adherence , aligned with ethical medical practices. Provide cover and clinical support for fellow IVF consultants when required, ensuring uninterrupted patient care. Train and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and support staff in clinical protocols and patient handling. Collaborate with the center's management to ensure smooth operations and uphold compliance with medical ethics and regulatory guidelines. MBBS with MD / MS / DGO / DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Fellowship / Certification or significant experience in Reproductive Medicine / IVF . Qualified according to ART law for level 2 IVF Clinic. Hands-on expertise in IVF procedures with a successful clinical track record. Excellent patient counselling skills , with the ability to balance empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Strong team orientation, with the ability to work collaboratively across clinical and operational functions. Willingness to participate in outreach initiatives such as camps and peripheral OPDs . - Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Full-time, On-site)
Compensation : Competitive; commensurate with experience and qualifications (Fixed + Incentive)
