Job description

We're looking for a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in S / 4HANA and S / 4HANA Public Cloud implementations. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique Plant Maintenance requirements. Your expertise will be essential in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and on-time delivery. You'll bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, effectively communicating solutions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement SAP Plant Maintenance Solutions; Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
Design with Best Practices : Apply SAP best practices to solution design.
Follow SAP Activate : Adhere to the SAP Activate methodology.
Analyze and Enhance : Analyze client Plant Maintenance processes and propose SAP-based improvements.
Configure and Customize : Configure and customize SAP Plant Maintenance to meet project specifications.
Ensure System Functionality : Participate in testing, optimize performance, and ensure systems meet client expectations.
Collaborate with Clients : Work closely with client IT and business teams.
Manage Data and Cutover : Guide data migration and lead system cutover for SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
Train and Support : Provide user training and ongoing post-implementation support.
Document Thoroughly : Maintain detailed project documentation.
Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team.

Minimum Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in Plant Maintenance, with majority in consulting roles.

Hands-on experience in Plant Maintenance processes and SAP Enterprise Asset Management, configuring, developing, and managing all aspects of SAP S / 4 Plant Maintenance module and integrations.

Configure SAP Plant Maintenance module

Perform gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to align SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities with business goals.

Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, S / 4HANA, and especially SAP Public Cloud advancements, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, and FI / CO, to ensure seamless integration.

Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Plant Maintenance-related issues efficiently.

Proven track record of leading SAP Plant Maintenance implementations.

Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, SAP S / 4HANA Private Cloud, SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud

SAP Service Management experience is a plus.

Experience with cutover and data migrations in Enterprise Asset Management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
