About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our Sales and Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about data, visualization, and reporting who want to start their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentoring to build skills in reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and automation using industry-leading tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Support the development of basic dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate simple reports for business users.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to understand data-related needs and contribute to business insights.
• Document data processes and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, and Partner Managers to gather reporting requirements.
• Support internal data management tasks, CRM data entry, and accuracy checks.
