R8 : Leads modules / pipelines end-to-end; mentors juniors; drives incremental improvements. Pipeline reliability, time to environment readiness, failed deploy MTTR, % infra under IaC, policy compliance.

Role summary : Implement CI / CD, IaC, observability, and security automation per patterns set by the DevOps Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Build / operate CI / CD pipelines; codify infra with Terraform / Helm; manage environment configs.
- Implement monitoring / logging / alerting; reduce alert noise; codify runbooks.
- Collaborate with dev / QA / ops to streamline releases and improve reliability.
- Apply security / compliance checks across SDLC.
