Are you passionate about supporting educators and driving customer success? Join our dynamic team as a Partner Success Specialist, where you will be the key point of contact for educators using multiple products and services across the US. Help shape their experience by providing proactive implementation support, resolving challenges, and enabling success at scale.
What You'll Do :
- Deliver proactive and responsive support to educator partners using our products and services
- Manage multiple small implementations with efficiency and care
- Utilize account support plans and data insights to improve implementation health
- Guide educators in leveraging student data to maximize learning outcomes
- Build strong relationships fostering renewals and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Support pilot programs and implement strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For :
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience;Bachelor’s preferred (Education, Marketing, Business)
1+ year in customer service, sales, teaching, or related fieldsProficient in Outlook, Salesforce.Com, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in K-12 education, customer success, or virtual customer support is a plusWhy Join Us :
