Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer (3–4 years experience) to help build and scale our Agentic AI platform backend. You will work closely with our React.js team, AI engineers, and product leads to deliver high-performance microservices that power multi-agent workflows.

What You’ll Work On

Building Node.js (TypeScript) microservices that enable multi-agent orchestration and enterprise automation.
Developing secure REST / GraphQL APIs consumed by React.js applications.
Integrating backend services with AI agent pipelines, model APIs, and workflow engines.
Working on data security, on-prem deployment compatibility, and edge-to-cloud communication.
Containerizing and deploying services (Docker / Kubernetes).
Collaborating with product teams to translate use cases like cash-flow agents, invoice / PO automation, and video-based edge agents into backend features.

Must-Have Skills

3–4 years professional experience with Node.js (TypeScript preferred).

Strong understanding of API development and microservice architecture.

Good hands-on experience with React.js collaboration (API design, integration debugging).

Proficiency with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.

Experience with Docker, containers, and basic Kubernetes workflows.

Familiarity with authentication (JWT / OAuth2) and secure coding practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to multi-agent systems, LLM tool-calling, or AI orchestration.

Experience working with event streams (Kafka / RabbitMQ).

Understanding of MLOps, model inference APIs, or edge deployments.

Prior experience in a product startup or fast-paced engineering team.
