IT Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 2– 5 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help build a strong talent pipeline for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (developers, testers, designers, DevOps, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
• Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders
