ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. You'll work closely with product owners, designers, QA, and developers to build solutions that drive business impact, participating in all stages of product development from concept to release and iteration. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you'll run experiments, leverage metrics to guide decisions, and help evolve our applications and internal tools to create better experiences for both customers and teammates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL;
• Lead the product development process in collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders;
• Build polished, high-touch user interfaces;
• Design and implement scalable solutions;
• Enhance 3D modeling integrations, data processing pipelines, and interactive property models;
• Improve existing code through refactoring and optimization;
• Collaborate with engineers to architect reliable systems;
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through unit and end-to-end testing;
• Continuously improve development processes and system performance;
• Make a measurable impact on user experience for construction and skilled trades customers;
• The project duration is 6 months .
