Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of DB’s Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in 50 countries.
Under the direction of Product Lead, the AVP will work as a facilitator all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure successful business outcomes. This individual will in project management and initiatives tracking. In turn, this individual will help lead technical teams and solve technical challenges, thus help achieve timely completion by escalating issues in time along with possible solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible to organise and facilitate key scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. They ensure these events run smoothly and remain focused on their objectiveIdentify and remove any challenges that hinder the team's progress by highlighting it to the management and proposing solutionsFoster a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned and encourage the team to reflect on their processesEnsure clear and transparent communication between the team and stakeholders, providing insights into the team's performance and progressConduct 1on 1s with team members and stakeholders as needed. Work with team to resolve any conflicts and work with the individuals on their developmentEnsure all EPIC / TASK / S-TASK are compliant with Global Deployment JIRA standards and is updated accurately and timelyCollaborate with colleagues to achieve the tasks objectives and delivery dates by proactively communicating and highlighting issues and possible risksYour skills and experience
Industry experience in the range of 8 to 13 yearsIn depth knowledge and experience of networking technologies with at least one of the following technologies Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee, and CheckpointStrong understanding of Ethernet, Spanning Tree, TCP / IP, Routing (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)Strong understanding of network security conceptsStrong ability to lead / minute weekly meetings and provide clear, accurate and consistent project reporting and managementMust exhibit leadership qualities without being authoritativeExcellent planning and organising skillsExcellent analytical skills to evaluate and resolve problems and issuesAdaptable to evolving business needs and quickly work on progressEfficient at time management to meet project timelinesStrong Stakeholder management abilityGood at interpersonal skills and teamwork with an ability to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organizationHow we’ll support you
