Technology Management Senior Analyst

Job descriptionResponsible to organise and facilitate key scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. They ensure these events run smoothly and remain focused on their objective Identify and remove any challenges that hinder the team's progress by highlighting it to the management and proposing solutions Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned and encourage the team to reflect on their processes Ensure clear and transparent communication between the team and stakeholders, providing insights into the team's performance and progress Conduct 1on 1s with team members and stakeholders as needed. Work with team to resolve any conflicts and work with the individuals on their development Ensure all EPIC / TASK / S-TASK are compliant with Global Deployment JIRA standards and is updated accurately and timely Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the tasks objectives and delivery dates by proactively communicating and highlighting issues and possible risks Industry experience in the range of 8 to 13 years In depth knowledge and experience of networking technologies with at least one of the following technologies Cisco, F5, Arista, Juniper, McAfee, and Checkpoint Strong understanding of Ethernet, Spanning Tree, TCP / IP, Routing (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) Strong understanding of network security concepts Strong ability to lead / minute weekly meetings and provide clear, accurate and consistent project reporting and management Must exhibit leadership qualities without being authoritative Excellent planning and organising skills Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and resolve problems and issues Adaptable to evolving business needs and quickly work on progress Efficient at time management to meet project timelines Strong Stakeholder management ability Good at interpersonal skills and teamwork with an ability to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization Training and development to help you excel in your career Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
Description
Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of DB’s Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in 50 countries.
Under the direction of Product Lead, the AVP will work as a facilitator all the communication and collaboration between leadership and team players to ensure successful business outcomes. This individual will in project management and initiatives tracking. In turn, this individual will help lead technical teams and solve technical challenges, thus help achieve timely completion by escalating issues in time along with possible solutions.
