Job description
  • Deliver labor associated with custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
  • Provide technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware / software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
  • Effectively lead and deliver technical workshops
  • Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
  • Demonstrate ability to become trusted advisor within customer environment.
  • Demonstrate control of engagement and develop customer confidence in F5's ability to resolve critical issues in a timely and effective manner

    • What you will bring :

    • BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on architecture and design of Application Delivery and Security solutions.
    • Experience working with Linux, Unix and Windows, Cloud environments
    • Experience with network protocols and theory (TCP / IP, UDP, ICMP, MAC addresses, IP packets, DNS, and load balancing, etc.)
    • Good understanding of HTTP protocol and related technologies
    • Experience with network, security solutions, and technologies leading security solutions
    • Experience with public cloudsAmazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
    • Experience with virtualized and containerized environmentsKubernetes and Docker
    • Experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as CodeTerraform, Ansible, Jenkins
    • Experience with Scripting or development skillsPython, Ruby, Shell etc.
    • Working knowledge in F5 products and technologies is a plus
    • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently as well as prevalent local language.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
    • Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, and technical documentation skills.
    • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the role independently.
    • Demonstrable experience to work as part of a team of engineers and to deliver one or several projects simultaneously.
