Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Utility System Management : Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of utility systems, including plant substations, DG sets, fire hydrant systems, compressors, cooling towers, lifting tackles, RO plants, and UPS systems .
• Maintenance Scheduling : Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure continuous operations without disrupting production schedules.
• Shutdown & Upgrade Planning : Plan and coordinate shutdowns and system upgrades , ensuring minimal impact on production while maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) : Lead investigations into equipment failures, identify the root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Equipment Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations , environmental standards, and operational guidelines related to utility systems.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, failure analysis, and compliance audits.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for enhancing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and improving maintenance practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals and projects.
