(Urgent) Project Management Lead - Biosimilar and Novel Biologic Development Programs

Job descriptionIndependently prepare and publish integrated project plans in customized excel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful asset launch according to the established plan. Conduct weekly or fortnightly reviews with Project Leaders (PLs) from R&D and project managers to report progress and performance. Form and lead Cross Functional Core Teams (CFTs) to bring all stakeholders on the same page. Resolve conflicts, determine priorities, and identify escalation points to R&D Head and BD & Strategy Head. Work closely with BD & Strategy Head to continuously improve the project and program management function Prepare, track, and manage the annual budget for all programs. Collaborate with Finance and Project Leads to monitor expenses on a monthly / quarterly basis. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to constantly improve systems and processes, identifying and eliminating redundancies and bottlenecks. Master's degree in a Lifesciences domain & MBA / PGDM Proven experience (3-5 years) in project and program management, specifically in biosimilar and novel biologic development. Strong leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts effectively. Proficient in project planning tools and customized Excel for integrated project plans.
