Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on contributions to full-stack projects.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.Js, Java, Python, Go) frameworks.
• Ensure efficient API design, scalable architecture, and optimized database performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure timely releases.
• Implement engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI / CD, and automated testing.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in full-stack development and bring innovations to the team.
