Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect (TOSCA) with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale automation frameworks for complex banking applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on TOSCA experience, strong architectural knowledge, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional technology & business teams across Core Banking, Digital Channels, Payments, and surrounding systems.

This role demands strong banking domain awareness, the ability to translate business processes into automation assets, and leadership in driving large-scale quality transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation Architecture & Strategy

• Design end-to-end automation architecture using TOSCA , ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
• Define enterprise automation standards, best practices, object models, and governance frameworks.
• Build roadmap for automation adoption, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement.
