Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Zonal Sales Manager, available across multiple locations PAN India :

North Zone : Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana

South Zone : Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana

East Zone : Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal

West Zone : Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan

Central Zone : Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha

The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within their designated zone, develop and execute sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading a sales team, preparing and delivering sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve regional sales targets given by the company.
• Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Conduct product demos and negotiate deals with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Report weekly progress, maintain CRM entries, and forecast sales pipeline.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Leverage digital marketing and referral programs for lead generation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sale support.
