Requirements :

Minimum 1 year on-paper experience in Inbound or Outbound Technical Support (Voice Process)

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to handle Level 1 technical troubleshooting for US customers

Location : Hyderabad (India) - Onsite

Process : US Shift

Salary : As per industry standards

Offs : 2 Days Weekly Rotational Off
