ServiceNow Developer

Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.

Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features, technologies, and platform capabilities.

Translate business requirements into configurations such as workflows, automation, validation rules, and scripting.

Work closely with cross-functional users to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and manage intra-system trade-offs.

Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, maintenance processes, and operational procedures.

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, changes, and platform operations.

Follow ServiceNow development best practices and team software development methodology.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely escalation where required.

Participate in on-call / off-hours support as needed.

Strong experience in ITSM and exposure to ITOM / CMDB modules.

Hands-on project experience with Virtual Agent / Discovery / Service Portal / scripting / automation / integrations etc..
