We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Actuarial Analytics Manager to lead our team of analysts in delivering advanced analytics solutions for our banking clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in actuarial science, data analysis, and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Skills :
- Lead advanced analytics projects, including Capital Estimation and Reporting, Risk Appetite and Benchmarking, Pricing and Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Risk Assessments, and Scenario Analysis
- Oversee design and execution of actuarial models and statistical techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
- Advanced insurance and actuarial knowledge, strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, statistics, or engineering3-8 years of experiencePrior experience in Pricing, Reserving, and Capital Modeling preferredAffiliation to IAI, IFOA, or SoA, with at least 3-8 or 2-6 CT actuarial exams clearedStrong reserving experience or good knowledge of reserving methods and techniques preferredKnowledge of insurance products and regulatory environment necessaryExperience with Solvency II, IFRS 17, or US-GAAP LDTI is a plusProficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, VBA, and other relevant tools for data analysis and modeling, with knowledge of Python and PowerBI being advantageousExposure to actuarial software like IGLOO is beneficialRequired Skills :
