Job Description

Magikkraft (WDWIL Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a DPIIT-recognized construction robotics and AI startup , incubated at IIMA Ventures .

We build next-generation platforms that use AI, drones, and 360° cameras to automate construction monitoring, improve transparency, and power real-time decision-making across infrastructure and real estate projects.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead both digital marketing and B2B branding , helping us position Magikkraft as the go-to name in construction intelligence and automation .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies — digital, social media, and B2B outreach.

Create impactful campaigns highlighting Magikkraft’s AI-based products and pilot success stories.

Manage LinkedIn, website, and content creation (articles, videos, case studies, press releases).

Collaborate with the product and leadership teams to shape branding, messaging, and positioning.

Execute marketing initiatives for government, PSU, and Smart City segments.

Analyse campaign performance and lead generation metrics to refine strategy.

Coordinate with external vendors or creative partners for promotional materials and events.

Represent Magikkraft at tech summits, exhibitions, and startup showcases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business .
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with technical understanding.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience in construction tech, AI, or robotics is a plus.
