Required Skills :

• Prior experience and proven expertise recruiting for various departments (Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, Practice, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance & Operations roles)
• 5+ years of strong proven recruitment background.
• 5+ years of Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ Talent Sourcing, Acquisition & Management background.
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience (requirement clarification & understanding, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing and onboarding)
• 5+ years of strong expertise in following recruitment process and documentation.
• End to End Recruiting life cycle experience.
• Experience working with ATS.
• LinkedIn and Job Board experience.
• Strong experience with sourcing using various techniques but not limited to Boolean search strings.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Great personality
• Good attitude
• Highly motivated.
• Technology Understanding is a huge plus.
