Field Sales Executive - CTC : 4.00 LPA

We are hiring

experienced and ambitious Field Sales Executives in Bhopal

who are passionate about achieving sales targets, meeting customers, and growing in the

banking & insurance industry

Key Responsibilities :

Drive on-field sales across the

Bhopal region

through direct customer meetings

Promote

life insurance, banking, and financial products

to potential clients

Acquire new customers and manage relationships with existing ones

Handle

business leads from partner banks

and convert them into sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly

revenue & performance targets

Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and after-sales service

Candidate Profile :

Graduate (any stream)

– Mandatory

Minimum 2–5 years of experience

in

BFSI / Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG field sales

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong local market knowledge of

Bhopal

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
