About the Role We're seeking a creative, execution-focused Content Creator / Social Media Manager who can ideate, shoot, and edit short-form content (reels / shorts), manage daily posting, and run paid campaigns across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and own a weekly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts), and LinkedIn.
• Ideate and produce reels / short videos : scripting, shooting, editing, voiceovers, and captions.
• Collect raw content from the office / field, client sites, and events; maintain an organized media library.
• Design quick creatives (posts / stories / thumbnails) using Canva or similar tools.
• Handle end-to-end posting : copy, hashtags, tagging, scheduling, and cross-posting.
• Run and optimize ads on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and optionally YouTube / LinkedIn; track budgets and results.
• Engage with the community : respond to DMs / comments and manage queries professionally.
• Track analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, CPR) and share weekly reports with insights.
• Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates; suggest new content formats / collabs.
• Coordinate with internal teams / clients for briefs, approvals, and on-time delivery.
