Talent Advocate

to join our internal US recruitment team at our

Bhopal, India office . This high-impact position is central to sourcing top-tier IT professionals for key clients in the

banking and utilities sectors , directly contributing to GTT’s continued growth across the US market.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Account Managers to understand US-based hiring needs across banking and utility clients.

Manage the full

US IT recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing through onboarding.

Source candidates using Job Diva, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social channels.

Screen candidates for

technical fit , communication skills, and cultural alignment.

Schedule interviews and prep candidates for client discussions.

Negotiate compensation aligning with US standards (W2, C2C, 1099).

Maintain real-time candidate data and ensure compliance in ATS (Job Diva).

Stay current with

US hiring trends

and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.

Required Experience :

2 to 4 years in US IT recruitment or technical staffing.

Demonstrated success with clients in the banking or utilities sectors.

Familiarity with US hiring workflows, documentation, and tax terms.

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Prior recruiting support for Fortune 500 clients.

Experience with Job Diva ATS.

Exposure to high-volume or VMS-based staffing.

Understanding of niche roles within banking / utility tech stacks.

Required Skills :

Full-cycle US IT recruitment

Strong English communication (verbal and written)

Experience with Job Diva or similar ATS

Preferred Skills :

Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter

Multitasking across multiple technical requisitions

Tech stack familiarity in banking and utilities : core banking systems, compliance software, utility grid infrastructure, ERP platforms, cybersecurity
