Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Interior Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales funnel, achieving project targets, and driving sales closure. The position requires strong sales acumen, customer relationship management, and industry knowledge to ensure consistent business growth in the residential interior segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the sales funnel to deliver higher conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly targets of 4–5 new project bookings.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle, from lead qualification to closure.
- Provide accurate company and product information to customers.
- Build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Ensure superior customer experience and post-sales engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (preferably B.Arch / B.Tech) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of academics.2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Sales / Business Development.Strong knowledge of residential interiors industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Languages preferred : English, Hindi, Kannada

CTC : 6-8 LPA + IncentivesPreference for immediate joiners and candidates located in Hebbal, Bangalore.
