Role Overview
We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Intern to support our legal, compliance, and operations functions. You'll gain valuable exposure to startup governance, SaaS contracts, and the evolving AI regulatory landscape.
This is a paid internship with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts.
- Support review and management of NDAs, vendor / customer agreements.
- Research compliance and regulatory updates (AI, SaaS, data privacy).
- Assist with privacy / security compliance (SOC 2 preparation, policies).
- Prepare due diligence materials for investors.
- Collaborate with founders and external counsel.
