Good knowledge of SQL or relational databases (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL). Exposure to PHP is a plus (not mandatory). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Location : Bangalore Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (₹30,000 target) Experience : 2–4 years Job Type : Full-time (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software-related issues.
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and support tickets with high professionalism.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technical team members.
- Run simple SQL queries and assist in creating custom reports.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Continuously learn company tools, APIs, and platforms.
- Follow defined workflows, SLAs, and support processes.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication etiquette.
