We are looking for energetic, responsible, and self-driven Direct Sales Executives (DSE) who can manage field operations, customer visits, and premium collections for Kataria Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining ground-level operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Visit customers for insurance premium collection and documentation
- Conduct regular field visits , maintain daily activity reports
- Build strong relationships with existing and new policyholders
- Ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and pending premiums
- Coordinate with internal teams & managers for approvals and updates
- Share live location with reporting managers when required (for areas without a Kataria office)
- Weekly in-person visits to the office or as assigned by management
- Maintain proper records and support documentation as per process
