FlashIntel seeks a dedicated researcher for cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on Multimodal Large Language Models (m-LLMs) and Text-to-Speech technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art m-LLMs and generative AI models integrating multiple data modalities.

• Develop advanced m-LLMs and generative AI models combining multiple data sources.
• Design experiments to test new algorithms, architectures, and fine-tuning techniques for TTS applications.
