What will you do :

We are seeking a skilled MS D365 StoreCommerce technofunctional consultant with 7+ years of hands-on development & configuration experience in retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation & customization of D365 StoreCommerce POS modules. The role requires a deep understanding of retail domain along with excellent knowledge of D365 capabilities.

Responsibilities :

• Lead or support the implementation / enhancement of D365 StoreCommerce POS modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.
• Design, configure, and test D365 StoreCommerce POS solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
• Develop functional documentation including solution design, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and environment management.

Technical Competencies :

Qualifications, Experience, Certifications :

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

7+ years of experience in implementation, support or consulting
