Job descriptionCalibration / Wide Belt Sander Hot Press & Cold Press Edgebander 6-Spindle Moulder Beam Saw / Panel Saw (if available) Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team. Oversee PU basecoat, sanding, sealing, and topcoat processes. Ensure finish quality, shade consistency, and zero defects. Maintain SOPs for paint booth hygiene, curing cycles, and material usage. Conduct inspections at all stages : pressing, sizing, moulding, assembly & painting. Maintain dimensional accuracy and finishing standards. Reduce rejection and rework by improving process adherence. Manage supervisors, machine operators, and helpers. Conduct skill development, safety training, and performance monitoring. Maintain discipline and ensure shift productivity. Improve yield and reduce wastage of boards, timber, adhesives & paints. Implement lean concepts for workflow optimisation. Standardise processes for consistent quality output. Coordinate with stores for raw materials, hardware, adhesives, and paint availability. Work closely with QC, design, and procurement teams. Minimum 5 years experience in doors or modular furniture manufacturing. Hands-on experience with major woodworking machines including calibration, press machines, edge bander, and spindle moulder. Strong expertise in PU painting and finishing. Experience managing a team in a production environment. Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience specifically in pre-hung doors or modular industry Organised production environment with structured processes. Exposure to modern woodworking technologies. Salary : ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month based on experience
Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Weekly Off : Tuesday

About the Role
Yara Craft Doors is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the pre-hung doors manufacturing line. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of woodworking machinery, production processes, and finishing standards in a door or modular furniture factory.
Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of orders as per dispatch requirements.
- Monitor workflow across pressing, machining, moulding, assembly, and painting sections.
